ASX would like to advise of the upcoming deployment of Release 2 Drop 2 (R2D2) and associated impact to ITE2 availability. Please review the key dates and impacts below and ensure your teams are prepared.
At 7:00pm AET Friday 26 June, a snapshot of ITE2 will be taken, including all active accounts and holdings with balances greater than zero. End of Day processing will run as normal. Any changes made after the snapshot will not be persisted and will not be reflected following deployment.
From Monday 29 June, all AMQP queues and CHESS UI connections will be unavailable while the R2D2 deployment is completed.
ITE2 is targeted to be available with drop 2 functionality at 9:00am AET Monday 6 July. Note that ITE2 will reflect the data snapshot taken at 7:00pm AET Friday 26 June.
Software Providers should plan testing activities accordingly and ensure teams are aware of the outage and data snapshot timing.
